Just when they thought the project came to an end, Oracle contracts Grasso Construction for more work on it’s Stamford site.

With Nestle’s water division moving in before October 2010, landlord Oracle agrees to renovate the multilayer parking garage. Unfortunately time was not on their side.

CKC and Grasso teamed up to provide a comprehensive solution to Oracle while saving them money. Upon reciept of the plan, Oracle agreed and Grasso mobilized it’s crews immediately.

Work is scheduled to be complete by weeks end.

During the last month Harbor Point Development and Grasso (via CKC) has negotiated work to be continued in Stamford, CT which is part of an $18m redevelopment project funded by the federal government.

Owner, Joe Grasso, “this work is expected to continue on for at least the next few years”.  Joe’s company has been instrumental in performing site work, paving and utilities for the project since 2008.  The City of Stamford will benefit from the new construction as it “cleans up” the lower end near the waters edge.

Grasso construction will continue to work on its multimillion dollar residential projects in Greenwich, CT as it can share crews due to the short distance from Stamford.

Oracle USA, contacted Grasso construction to complete renovations of their facility in Stamford, CT.  Owner Joe Grasso priced the work to be done and won the job.  Upon CKC supplying the schedule and finalizing the contract, Oracle ordered the work to commence immediately thereafter.  VP Operations, Joe Grasso, Jr. was able to complete the project ahead of schedule.  Oracle USA has now requested additional work be performed on their new parking facility.
